Every Limited Company must prepare annual accounts for filing at Companies House and with H M Revenue & Customs together with a CT600 Return of their profits which calculates the amount of Corporation Tax due 9 months after the year end.
There are deadlines for these filings and we file the accounts direct to Companies House and H M Revenue & Customs through our software in the new formats for FRS102 or FRS 105 depending on the size of the business.
We are also able to offer a Registered Office for the company if required.
